Arvest Bank To Accept Donations At Homecoming

Arvest Bank associates will man a tent at the south end of the McDonald County High School football field during the Mustangs homecoming game on Friday, Sept. 19 to collect both monetary and food item donations for their 1 Million Meals campaign.

All donations collected at the game will go to Crosslines of McDonald County to help feed hungry families in McDonald County.

For the past four years, Arvest Bank's 1 Million Meals campaign challenges bank associates and customers alike to participate in fundraising efforts to fight hunger in the 120 communities the bank serves.

In 2012, one in six American households reported food hardship, or not having adequate funds to provide enough food for their family and, out of the 50 states, Missouri ranks seventh in food hardship.
