Free Eye Exams At Senior Center

Triad Eye Clinic will conduct eye exams starting at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, at the senior center, 624 Johnson Drive in Noel.

Student Council Hosts Community Dinner

McDonald County High School, along with several local sponsors, will host a holiday dinner from 6 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 7 at McDonald County High School, 100 Mustang Drive in Anderson. The event will include a traditional holiday meal, Christmas-themed photo booth, readings of Christmas stories and an opportunity to take photos with Santa. Pineville Music Jamboree

The open jam session this month will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, in the Pineville United Methodist Church fellowship hall on South Main Street, two blocks south of the square in Pineville. There will be potluck foods available. Bring a dish to share with others. The Ozark Ridgerunners will be the featured entertainers. If you sing or play an instrument, come and share your talents.

Christmas Bingo at the Senior Center

McDonald County Senior Center is hosting Christmas Bingo from 11 to 11:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 9, at the Center. Call 417-475-3511 for more information.

Foot Clinic at Senior Center

A foot clinic will be held on Thursday, Jan. 9, at the McDonald County Senior Center. Appointments must be made in advance. Contact Louine Gardner at 417-475-3511 with questions or to schedule an appointment.

Senior Center Activities

Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, at the McDonald County Senior Center in Noel. All seniors are welcome. The senior center also provides music for all to enjoy every third Saturday of the month. For more information, call Louine Gardner at 417-475-3511.

A head cook position is open at the Senior Center in Noel. The head cook prepares meals for the Center, purchases food, maintains records and performs other cleaning and sanitation duties, as well as follows all nutrition policies.
