Allman fired an 80 over the Par 71 course. Jenna Teeter of Carl Junction, who finished sixth in the state last year, won the district title with a 72. Second place went to Kayla Kimbley of Warrensburg with a 77.
The top 15 players advanced to next week's sectional tournament, which will be played Oct. 8 at Shifferdecker Golf Course in Joplin.
