Lady Mustangs Softball Named Academic All-State

The 2017 McDonald County High School Lady Mustang softball team was recently named academic all-state by the Missouri State High School Activities Association.

The team finished fourth out of 90 teams in Missouri Class 4 with a team grade-point average of 3.76.

The Lady Mustangs also had eight players named academic all-state as individuals, including Cloee Helm, Kenzie Stephens, Kylie Helm, Whitney Kinser, Chloe Colvin, Madi Colvin, Rita Santillan and Leslie Yousey.
