McDonald County High School golf coach Kyle Fields will host a clinic on July 9, at Elk River Golf Course in Noel, Mo.
The clinic will begin at 11 a.m. and end at 1 p.m. It is offered to all boys and girls interested in playing golf this year at MCHS.
Following the clinic, Elk River Golf Course will allow all players to play for free, beginning at 2 p.m.
This fall's girls' team at MCHS will be the first girls' golf team in school history. The boys' team plays in the spring.
Also during July, players are invited to play for free beginning at 9 a.m. on July 11, 18 and 25.
Coach Fields will be teaching fundamentals and swing basics during these three days.
