The Harry S. Truman Coordinating Council will be holding a public hearing to finalize the process of a bicycle and pedestrian plan in the Southwest City area.
The public is invited to the public hearing, scheduled from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 14 at the Anne Croxdale Memorial Library, 102 Main St., Southwest City.
