Stella Dinner And Dance

The Stella Senior Center will have a dinner and dance Friday. Starting at 5:30 p.m., they will serve pork steak with dressing, green beans, salad, dessert and drink, for $5. At 7 p.m., dance to music by,The McDonald County Playboys for $3. Saturday, May 20, at 7 p.m., dance to The Roaring River Sound band, for $4. Bring a dish to share at 5:30 p.m.

Community Dinner

The First Baptist Church of Goodman will be having a community wide dinner on May 20, from 3 to 6 p.m. At this time we want to distribute the items that were donated after the tornado. We encourage everyone to come and pick up something for yourself or family, friends and neighbors.We need the help from our community to clear out the canned food, packaged rice meals, hygiene items, bedding, clothing and shoes.

American Legion Benefit Dinner

Pineville/Jane American Legion Post 392 will be having their 3rd Friday benefit dinner on Friday. The dinner will be prepared by the Ladies Auxiliary and will feature pulled pork, potato, vegetable, salad, rolls, dessert and drinks Serving will start at 4:30 p.m. A donation of $7 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under is requested. Everyone is welcome, and carry outs are available. The Legion building is located on Jessie James Road next to the Cornerstone Bank In Pineville, Mo.

McDonald County Senior Center Music and Pot Luck Dinner

McDonald County Senior Center at 624 Johnson Drive, Noel will have Music and Pot Luck Dinner Saturday May 20, 2017, starting at 5 p.m. There will be gospel, country and bluegrass played by the Tar Top Travelers.

Come join us for an evening of fun and entertainment. The Senior Center has a fund raiser going for Zane Smythia, a 3 1/2 year old little boy, who was diagnosed with Spina Bifida and Arnold-Chiari II malformation of his brain and hydrocephalus indicating he will need multiple surgeries and a permanent shunt. They are selling raffle tickets on a Afghan, and taking donations. Zane has to make numerous trips to St. Louis to the Children's hospital so all help and donations will be greatly appreciated.
