Basic Quilting Class
The Pineville Library is offering a beginner's quilting class on Tuesday, August 1, with a follow up class on Tuesday, August 15. Both classes are scheduled for 6 p.m. and will be held in the community room of the library. Erlene Gideon of Pineville will be the instructor and there is a limited class size of nine persons.
Attendees will need to bring their own thimble. Fabric, scissors, batting, pins, and needles will be provided. Quilting hoops will also be provided. The class will include hand sewing and completing a basic nine-patch quilting block.

Stella Sr Center
The Stella Sr Center will host a Friday night dance on July 28. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with the dance starting at 7. The band will be "Frosty and The Roadhogs." Come and enjoy the music, or dance, for a $3 donation. Refreshments available. Call 417-628-3314 for information.
Village of Jane Trustees
The Village of Jane is currently seeking a person to serve on the board. This is not a paid position. The candidate must be a registered voter, must live in the village of Jane, and must not owe any back taxes.

Presbyterian Church of Bella Vista
The community is invited to worship with us for a traditional worship service on Sunday, Aug. 6, at 10 a.m. Holy Communion will be served. Christian Education classes for all ages meet at 8:30 a.m. A nursery attendant is available. We always welcome new friends.
Throughout the summer months, the Missions Committee will be collecting Snacks for Kids to be given to Helping Hands Food Pantry in Bentonville. Bring child-friendly food items such as snack and lunch items, cheese and crackers, single-serve fruit cups, juice packets/boxes, granola bars, microwaveable mac and cheese, ravioli, soups, etc. The donation table is located in the connector hallway. Items will be delivered frequently throughout the summer.
