The two-story structure that formerly housed the Pineville Grill is still up for sale.
Potential buyers had the opportunity to bid on equipment and the building at 501 Main Street in Pineville at a Nov. 13 auction.
All the equipment sold but the real estate did not sell, said Rona Downs, co-owner of Maron Restaurant Equipment, LLC, the company which hosted the auction.
The Rivard family operated The Pineville Grill at that location for 21 years and closed the business on July 31.
The grill was a favorite place for breakfast for locals and visitors to the area.
Downs said she didn't believe the real estate would be offered at another auction, since all the equipment has already sold.
The family may choose to list the real estate with a Realtor, she said.
