Visioning Meeting Set Sept. 15

City government and the Noel Betterment Association have begun a long-term visioning project in conjunction with Drury University and MU Extension. This project will seek to create a community vision covering the next 15-25 years.

This will be done through regular community input and interaction. A number of community meetings will be held between the community and partners at Drury University and MU Extension over the next several months. The first of these community meetings will be 6 p.m. Sept. 15 at the Short-Poynor community room of the Noel Housing Authority. Organizers state that community involvement will be critical to the effort's success, and request everyone interested in Noel's future attend. For more information contact Dirk Deaton at 479-644-4207.
