Collin Thacker
My name is Collin Thacker and I am a member of the McDonald County 4-H Archery Club.
I joined 4-H so I can learn new things and make new friends.
This year I have learned teamwork. Working together is always good and gets more things done in a short amount of time.
This year at fair cleanup we got the work done quickly and had lots of time to play and make new friends.
My projects this year are archery and goats. In archery we learned to play a new game called archery bingo. This was fun because we have to shoot the number that the range master called out. Whoever has the five correct arrows wins a prize.
In my goats project I learned how to make goat milk soap. It was fun to make soap that I can use later.
What I like best about 4-H is being with my friends to do new things.
