The July movie for Movies in the Park at Town Hole Park in Anderson is the popular swashbuckling tale "The Princess Bride." The night, July 23, promises lots of fun for the whole family, organizers with the Anderson Betterment Club say. Gates open at 7:30 p.m. The movie starts at dark. Bring lawn chairs or blankets.
The ABC will be selling concession items such as popcorn, sodas, candy and snow cones. Plus the ABC will be selling glow necklaces as well as chances to win a copy of the movie.
Organizers offer a big "Thank you" to Ozark Funeral Home for sponsoring this month's movie. Thanks to that donation, the movie is free. If you see B.J. or any of the crew from Ozark Funeral Home tell them "Thank you" for their donation.
