The McDonald County High School wrestling team earned a split of duals on a recent trip to Springfield. The Mustangs claimed a 47-36 win over Parkview while Glendale handed McDonald County a 57-24 defeat.
Against Parkview, McDonald County received pins from Christian Willman (126), Timber Bowers (138), Josh Kinser (145) and Christopher Dalton (160). Winning by a 20-5 technical decision was Isrrael DeSantiago (152) while winning by forfeit were Jakob Gerow (106), Daniel DeSantiago (113) and Landin Foreman (126).
Winning for the Mustangs against Glendale were Daniel DeSantiago, Kinser, Isrrael DeSantiago and Dalton. All of the McDonald County's wins were by pin.
McDonald County travels to Carthage Jan. 29 to face the Tigers and Marshfield and then is at the Liberty Tournament on Jan. 30-31.
