Pat and Billie Griffin had their 65th wedding anniversary on April 17.
The couple was married on April 17, 1950 in Boise, Idaho. They will celebrate the event at a later date.
They have five children: Karen (Randy) Kennedy, Of Jay, Okla., David (Carol) Griffin, of Washburn, Dorothy (Miles) Wolgamott, of Neosho; and Shana Griffin, of Neosho; six grandchildren, B.J. Oxendine (deceased), Nathan Lawrence, of Webb City, April (Aaron) Brooks, of Washburn, Dustin (Bobbie) Wolgamott, of Neosho and Brice Wolgamott, of Neosho; seven great-grandchildren, Jesse, Emily, and Hannah Brooks, Shanea and Cole Lawrence and Roxxi and Isis Wolgamott.
One son, Guy, died shortly after birth.
