The 2014 Angel Tree Project of McDonald County will be holding registration on Fridays and Saturdays, Oct. 3, 4, 10, 11, 17 and 18 at New Life Church, located at 427 South Highway 71 in Anderson.
Registration will be by appointment only again this year. On Fridays, registration is from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday it will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. To schedule an appointment call 417-669-4831.
There are different requirements for this year's sign ups. In order to qualify for Angel tree, you must bring all of the following to your appointment:
• current (non-expired) personal photo ID;
• current proof of your physical address in McDonald County (a Post Office Box will not work; pay stub or utility bill will work); and
• proof of your child's age (must have birth certificates with or without Medicaid cards).
