In recognition of the ongoing nationwide Civil War sesquicentennial commemoration, a class on the Civil War will be offered in the Spring 2015 semester at Crowder College.
This course, HIST 112, will be a comprehensive and in-depth study of the Civil War. Emphasis will be placed on the coming of the Civil War, the secession crisis, both the military and non-military events of the war years, and the resulting Reconstruction Era.
The course will be instructed by Denna Clymer and meet from 1 to 1:50 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays on campus in Neosho.
