The August meeting of the McDonald County Republican Club will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28 at the Pineville Community Center.
The McDonald County High School Band Booster Club will host the meeting. The dinner menu includes baked chicken, roasted potatoes, green beans, rolls and desserts.
All the proceeds from this meal will go to greatly benefit the band with travel expenses to future competitions. They represent the county when they go to these competitions and they make us all so proud.
Stacey Hendrix, from the Band Booster Club, will report on recent awards and trips and future competitions and trips they will be taking.
