Students from the McDonald County High School business department recently attended the Crowder College Business Contest where they achieved first place in eight out of 12 areas of competition.

• Beginning Keyboarding -- Carlie Dill, first;

• Business Computer Applications -- Jake Wood, first; Jonathan Hobbs, second;

• Business Math -- Wade Schmit, first;

• General Business -- Parker Owens, second; Sarah Fore, third;

• Impromptu Speaking -- Taylor Brown, first;

• Marketing -- Taylor Brown, first; Austin Bond, second;
