A two-part essential oils class will be held at 6:30 Friday, Oct. 11 at Emmanuel Baptist Church, located on Highway 90 about six miles east of Jane.
The first part of the class is going to be on:
◊thyroid;
◊hormones;
◊weight management;
◊link between adrenal glands, thyroid and hormones;
◊sugar, trans fat, low carbs and sugar free; and
◊learn to combat the sugar roller coaster and curb thosecravings. The second part is about keeping healthy during the cold and flu season. Those attending will be shown three di◊erent natural remedies to treat and ease the symptoms of the fl u, strep throat, sinus infections and bronchitis and most importantly maintaining a strong immune system and staying healthy.
Everyone is invited to attend and learn how and when to use essential oils and other natural products for many issues.
