Three members of the 2012 McDonald County Lady Mustang softball team that finished the season with a 21-4 record have received additional post season honors.
After earlier first team All-District recognition, senior Sarah Rickman and juniors Courtni Smith and Kelsy Reynolds received All-Region honors. Rickman and Smith were named to the first team and Reynolds received second team mention.
Also, Rickman and Smith were named second team All-State.
Rickman finished 11-2 on the mound with an earned run average of 1.32. She also hit .388 with fi ve home runs and 23 runs batted in.
Smith hit .489 with three home runs and 22 RBIs while playing center fi eld.
Reynolds, a second baseman, hit .468 with one home run and 18 RBIs.
